Sales & profit analytics
Private revenue, cost of goods sold, gross profit and inventory valuations. Sales retain their acquisition cost at checkout for accurate historical margins.
Card-show checkout

Bulk inventory import
Upload a UTF-8 CSV. Review all rows before anything is saved. Existing inventory IDs are skipped (not overwritten). Your TCGplayer store is not connected.
Required columns: inventory_id, card_name, asking_price. Optional: set_name, card_number, card_condition, status, published, image_url, acquisition_cost, stock_quantity.
Batch QR label printing
Select cards below, choose a label size, and print at 100% / actual size. Labels use permanent URLs like /c/?id=A00001.

Export for Brady Workstation
Downloads a real Excel workbook (.xlsx) for Custom Designer → Advanced Import. Columns: inventory_id, card_name, card_details, qr_url. Prices are intentionally omitted; QR destinations never change when prices change.
Selected includes all selected cards, even if your current filter hides some. Filtered includes all cards matching the current visibility/status filters, regardless of checkboxes. Exporting does not modify inventory.

Quantity management
Use Add stock on an existing listing to record new copies and their purchase cost. The average acquisition cost updates automatically. Use Remove stock for inventory adjustments, not sales.
Bulk card actions
Use the checkboxes in Your cards (or Select all loaded cards above). Selected IDs are used for label printing and bulk actions. Always review the selection before confirming.
